I was a management consultant conducting strategic sourcing for Fortune 500 in the United States. I saved my clients millions of dollars, not just by lowering suppliers' prices, also by finding hidden gems they didn't see. One day, I left big elephant business, riding on a small business of bird size, attracted by magical solar energy. No, I was not afraid big elephant, on which I used to ride around, even though I was now riding on a little, joyful, fearless bird. Top solar companies—Sunrun, SolarCity, Flex— became my big clients here and abroad, while I read endorsements from a global VP with joy. Sometimes I felt alone, working with so many, seeing them supported by many colleagues, while I became one of them—not really, but almost. Now, I want to reveal the "secret" of success, what I learned from strategic sourcing principles to win big sales, competing with other world-class companies. Do not expect me to tell you what to do with your business because you won't listen if you think you're "knowledgeable," or you would listen but not really know what to do. I will tell you things you don't know that you don't know, when you could only know what you already knew, while I show you your mental blocks and narrow views. It is your business, not mine, so you certainly know, but it is my business to let you know what you don't know, so you can explore in the light of different views. You might be upset for knowing what you don't know, but overjoyed when the creative juices flow, while saving hundreds of dollars to grow. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before the event. If no show, $50 deposit will not be returned.
