After interacting with businesses big and small for many years, I observed something very interesting. Auras are also around the businesses like around we people. But the beautiful auras around some businesses are not glowing anymore.
Here are 3 reasons why and how to keep the aura around a business glowing again:
First, the founder of business got lost in the chaotic business world, blinded by the illusive light of success, or blocked by emotions evoked by various business challenges etc. The founder could go through an internal journey of self-discovery and self-reflection, to rediscover own inner light.
Second, people around the founder are not aligned with the business visions and missions, unconsciously. They thought they were, without knowing that their own auras disrupted the business aura. The founder could guide them. Imagine small fishes are swimming in the same direction looking like a giant fish.
Third, a few people around the founder fabricated the aura by mimicking the founder’s aura, to hide their secret activities for self-interests. By paying close attention using the mind’s eye, we could sense the odour veiled under the founder’s aura, like we could easily sense the smell vs. good perfume. The founder could remove the fabricated aura, or run away as fast as possible. The business aura could glow as beautiful as before. Uninterrupted.
